I thought I was bright. This far, I have always had an easy time getting things to my head and keeping them there. I have never needed to hunker down in some basement for hours on end to finally understand a theory or concept. But that was then, this is CFA.
I have just done the two sample mock exams; and the results are not worth typing here. They were not that bad, but I have always done better, until CFA.
With the exams now two days away, I will confess that I am scared, stiff. It sis not that I professing failure, it just that I have too much riding on this to fail, but this thing will not make it any easier.
I am still bright but the whole CFA curriculum studied within two months and a weeks practice using the BA 11 PLUS will stretch even the patience of a monk and I am not one; I am just a man.
With every question that I have failed so far, I have learned something new that will make the coming exams more manageable – I hope.
I have got family and friends praying for me, colleagues and acquaintances wishing me luck, and me studying late into the night, every other night to make sense of it all (CFA.)
With that, how can I fail?

Feel you… go for it!

Well, maybe a bit early to ask but how did it go?
Comment by Serina — June 6, 2009 @ 9:40 pm |
Thanks for asking Serina
. It was manageable for the most part but I won’t know more until July 28 when the results come out. I will be resting for the whole of this week. Thanks again for asking. It means a lot.
